We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sports Educator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working with different age groups, schools, and communities, delivering multi-sport clubs and nursery sessions across Merseyside.

We deliver a bespoke range of Physical Education, School Sport, Physical Activity & School Holiday Camps on a consistent basis, 52 weeks a year as a means to give as many children as possible the opportunity to participate in an active lifestyle whilst developing communication skills, leadership qualities and problem solving attributes. Roles and Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality Physical Education lessons in line with the National Curriculum for PE.
Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and inclusive sessions that support the development of children's fundamental movement skills and sport-specific abilities.
Create opportunities for children to participate in competitive sports, promoting teamwork, resilience, and a positive sporting experience.
Supervision & Safety:
Ensure the safety, well-being, and welfare of all children at all times during sessions and club hours.
Actively supervise children across all activities, maintaining engagement, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring adherence to rules and expectations.
Manage accurate sign-in and sign-out procedures, maintaining up-to-date attendance records and ensuring children are safely collected by authorised adults.
Behaviour Management:
Promote positive behavior and manage conflicts or challenges calmly and effectively.
Set clear expectations for students and provide consistent guidance on following rules.
Duties
:
Building rapport with key stakeholders to solidify partnerships through high-quality coaching and communication.
Following safeguarding policies to ensure the safety of all participants.
Maintaining and upkeeping equipment to ensure safe and effective use.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience coaching in schools.
Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
Must be able to commute across multiple locations (Driving licence preferred).
Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check.

We are looking for someone who:
Can independently plan and deliver sessions related to the NCPE, considering the needs of participants and school settings.
Has experience utilising different behaviour management strategies and can adapt to individual needs and school policies.
Is comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and dealing with a variety of situations.
Can inspire and motivate young children to enjoy sports and physical activity.
