Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated multi sports coach to join our team to deliver lunch time and after school sports sessions. The ideal candidate will be someone looking for part time work or looking for work around their studies. This position is perfect for individuals who have some experience working with children.

At present we are recruiting for:

Lunch time sessions between the hours of 11:30 and 13:30 in West Harrow Monday to Friday (do not need to be available everyday) After School Clubs between the hours of 15:20 and 17:30 in West Harrow Monday to Friday (do not need to be available everyday)
There is flexibility to combine these hours and most coaches work across locations. There is also scope to add further hours as we expand with schools.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Lunchtime Clubs:

Oversee fun, structured sports activities during lunchtime.

After-School Clubs:

Lead various after-school sports programs in a variety of sports, encouraging active participation and skill development.

Delivering High Quality Sessions:

Foster a positive and inclusive environment where all students feel encouraged to participate and improve their skills.

Safeguarding & Basic First Aid:

Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during activities, adhering to all health and safety guidelines at schools.

Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience working with children aged 5-11, coaching different sports.

Skills:

Ability to engage and motivate children.

DBS Check:

Must hold a current enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to undergo a check.
