Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating and developing athletes of all ages and skill levels. As a Sports Coach, you will play a vital role in fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship while helping individuals achieve their personal best.

Responsibilities

Support with the running of our private events, inflatable land and HAF camps. Support with the maintenance of clubhouse. Participate in regular training sessions. Foster a positive team environment that encourages participation and personal growth. Organise and lead competitive events, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote an engaging atmosphere.

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching with a strong understanding of coaching principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate participants effectively. Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan training sessions efficiently. A passion for sports and a commitment to fostering a positive sporting culture. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
AVAILABILITY: Part time - Must be available for work every weekend and during the week where needed.
