You will have the ability to effectively support learning and teaching, and to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.You will have:

• 5 A*- C (or 9-4) grades at GCSE including English and Maths.
• Good ICT skills for word-processing, use of learning software and accessing on-line resources.
• The ability to maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
• The ability to work effectively within a team.
