We are looking for a
Client Success Executive
to handle
customer service, client communications, and post-sale engagement
to ensure our clients receive
exceptional service at every touchpoint

Your Responsibilities
Client Communication & Support
Manage
customer service calls
, ensuring prompt and professional support.
Handle
customer complaints
, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining client relationships.
Conduct
review calls
to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and manage
customer service email templates
for various client interactions.
Debt Collection & Payment Management
Follow up on
outstanding payments
with clients professionally and efficiently.
Work with the finance team to
track and manage overdue invoices
.
Ensure all communications regarding payments are clear, consistent, and customer-friendly.
Post-Sale Engagement & Client Retention
Conduct
check-in calls
with clients post-event to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.
Identify
upsell and cross-sell opportunities
by understanding client needs.
Assist with maintaining
accurate client records and communication logs
.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
2+ years in
customer service, client success, debt collection, or account management
.
Exceptional communicator:
Strong phone and email skills with a professional and engaging manner.
Problem solver:
Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Detail-oriented:
Organised approach to client records and follow-ups.
Resilient & proactive:
Comfortable managing difficult conversations with professionalism.
Financially aware:
Some experience in
debt collection or payment follow-ups
is a plus.
