About The Role

In 2019 we began fabricating Xena Quartz\xc2\xae worktops in-house; guaranteeing a high level of quality at a low price. Integral to the smooth transition from templating to the installation of our specialist worktops, you will be at the very heart of our Xena Quartz\xc2\xae function in the role of Specialist Worktop Coordinator.

You will create a brilliant experience for our customers who have selected our specialist worktops as a stylish finishing touch to their new Wren kitchen. Bright, friendly and attentive, our brilliant teams are focussed on doing the best for our customers. They\'re the ones with the first-class communication skills and they do it professionally and efficiently every time.

Main Responsibilities:

• Proactively resolving customer queries and issues through various channels of communication
• Taking ownership of each customer contact to provide the best resolution
• Provide all Wren customers with an exceptional and inspirational experience
• Demonstrate empathy and clear understanding when liaising with customers in a professional manner
• Assist stores with any related queries or concerns relating to the systems or processes
• Identify and report on processes that could result in a poor customer experience
• Provide customer support to our templaters based in the field
• Support the specialist worktop compliance team and assist in problem solving customer queries
• Creative and responsible decision making when resolving customer queries

• Excellent attendance with proven reliability and can adhere to the agreed work schedule
