• Implement a strategic approach to people analytics, producing models and gathering insights to influence people-related decisions.
• Oversee the overall data practice, sustaining and maintaining data quality across the People Team and it\'s People systems.
• Respond to the People Team\'s data and analytics needs, including reporting and dashboard development projects.
• Using data to provide power visualisations that tell a story, identify trends and issues and be part of the solution across a range of People data.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Produce quantitative analysis of people data from multiple people systems (HRIS, recruitment, performance, surveys), translating complex data into actionable insights, and focusing on impactful solution.
• Maintain monthly dashboards, updating data requirements as they evolve, and tailor dashboards as necessary to each function or business division.
• Provide a before and after picture to assess the effectiveness of initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with the Partnering team to manage and improve the monthly and quarterly reporting process, producing people data, comparing with internal and external trends.
• Use People systems and data to provide accurate information to the business, interrogating the data and ensuring the wider team are maintaining the integrity of our employee data.
• Research best practice methods and industry benchmarks.
• Support with annual submissions including benchmarking reports, pay and reward annual processes, gender pay gap reporting, sustainability and DE&I metrics and reporting.
• Ad hoc project supporting with required data analysis.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including advanced formulae, pivot tables and vlookups
• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and attention to detail and bring the ability to conduct analyses and derive insights from data
• Experience in designing scalable data and visualization solutions preferably using Google BigQuery, Microsoft or Tableau
• A high degree of business acumen and critical thinking
• Experience of working with a large database or information system
• Experience in People Analytics, and familiarity with workforce data and people metrics, with basic understanding of People practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity / quality and privacy
