Job: Specialist Orthodontist

Location: Baildon, Bradford (UK)

Are you a skilled, passionate orthodontist? We are currently seeking a orthodontist to join our elite, private dental practice in Baildon. We do over 250 ortho cases per year on a fully private basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an orthodontist who excels in delivering high-quality ortho and is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a great level of experience and be willing to take a massive step into the world of fully private, cosmetic dentistry.

Depending on your experience you can earn a percentage or hourly rate.

With less experienced clinicians we initially put you on an hourly rate, so that you have the space and time to grow your skills and get mentored by experienced clinicians in the work you WANT to do.

Responsibilities:

Orthodontic Dental Procedures:

Perform a wide range of ortho cases.

Monitoring

: Our team of ortho therapists to ensure high standards are maintained.

Treatment Planning:

Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring clear communication and informed consent.

Advanced Techniques:

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cosmetic dentistry, incorporating cutting-edge techniques and technologies into practice.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the dental team to ensure seamless coordination of treatments and provide a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Education:

Educate patients on oral health, cosmetic treatment options, and post-treatment care to promote long-term oral wellness.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

GDC Registration:

Active registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) as a dentist.

Cosmetic Dentistry Expertise:

Proven experience in performing cosmetic dental procedures with a focus on achieving optimal aesthetic results.

Continuing Education:

Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in cosmetic dentistry.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and collaborate effectively with the dental team.

Patient-Centric Approach:
