Our Global Support Office (GSO) is based in Zaandam in the Netherlands, but GSO associates also work in all the countries we serve. This team supports all our great local brands in finance, HR, IT, legal, communications, sustainable retailing, and other key functions. .

E2E Process Specialist Lifecycle




As our new E2E Process Specialist - Lifecycle, you will operate at the heart of a part of our global, fast-moving company. By designing, optimizing, and managing end-to-end processes within the HR Tech, Data Innovation, and Associate Experience, you ensure Ahold Delhaize has the processes and structures in place to continue our high-level performance.

As E2E Process Specialist - Lifecycle, you will be joining our HR Tech, Data Innovation & Associate Experience department. Our HR department is the driving force behind the people in our organization. Key responsibilities of your role




Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:

Process Design & Optimization:

Develop and implement efficient end-to-end HR processes for the employee lifecycle. Continuously refine processes to enhance effectiveness and user satisfaction.

Collaboration & Alignment:

Work closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Adoption Specialist to ensure processes align with business goals and user needs.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Analyze data to identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Use insights to drive process improvements and innovation.

Innovation & Improvement:

Introduce innovative solutions to enhance the associate experience. Implement continuous improvement practices and feedback loops.

Documentation & Training:

Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation. Provide training and support to associates on new processes and technologies.

User Satisfaction:

Monitor and improve user satisfaction with HR processes and technologies. Address user feedback and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

Specific Lifecycle Responsibilities:



Employee Onboarding:

Design and optimize onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization. Create engaging and informative onboarding materials.

Performance Management:

Develop and enhance performance management processes to ensure continuous employee development and alignment with organizational goals.

Career Development:

Implement processes that support employee career growth and development. Ensure employees have access to training and development opportunities.

Employee Offboarding:

Design and optimize offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for departing employees. Gather feedback to continuously improve the offboarding experience.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure lifecycle processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making and compliance.

Technology Integration:

Implement and promote the use of lifecycle management technologies. Provide training and support to ensure smooth adoption of these technologies.

Requirements




We think you'll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Data Science, or a related field. Relevant experience in process management or HR technology, preferably within the employee lifecycle. Strong understanding of process design and optimization. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Proficiency with data analytics tools and HR technologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
