Randstad Education is searching for dedicated and experienced teaching assistants to support SEND students in primary schools located within the BB1 postcode. Randstad supports these schools with day to day, short term, and long term cover, which means work can be flexible to fit around your schedule, or we can look to secure you a long term work - it is all dependent on what kind of work you are looking for. Key responsibilities:

• Providing one-to-one support to a specific student with additional educational needs.
• Building positive and effective rapport with the individual with whom you will be working.
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of personalised learning programs.
• Working with the teacher and other educational professionals to monitor and review student progress.
• Communicating effectively with the student, teacher, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring that the school\'s policies and procedures are followed at all times
• Ensuring the safeguarding of all pupils.
• Upholding the school\'s values and ethos.
• Attending faculty meetings.

Essential requirements:

• Relevant qualifications (CACHE Level 2 or 3, etc.)
• Experience working or volunteering with SEN pupils.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• A minimum of two references covering two years.
• Working as part of a team.

Desired requirements:
