Randstad Education is searching for dedicated and experienced teaching assistants to support SEND students in primary schools located within the BB1 postcode. Key responsibilities:
  • Providing one-to-one support to a specific student with additional educational needs.
  • Building positive and effective rapport with the individual with whom you will be working.
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of personalised learning programs.
  • Working with the teacher and other educational professionals to monitor and review student progress.
  • Communicating effectively with the student, teacher, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that the school\'s policies and procedures are followed at all times
  • Ensuring the safeguarding of all pupils.
  • Upholding the school\'s values and ethos.
  • Attending faculty meetings.
Essential requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications (CACHE Level 2 or 3, etc.)
  • Experience working or volunteering with SEN pupils.
  • Strong behaviour management skills.
  • A minimum of two references covering two years.
  • Working as part of a team.
Desired requirements:
