Job Description

The Spa at Ebrington Hotel, is currently looking to recruit a Spa Leisure Attendant. We believe that everyone deserves a little indulgence and self-care, and it is our goal to make every visit to the Spa at The Ebrington Hotel an unforgettable one. We now seek a Spa/Leisure Attendants to work with our team of spa therapists on a day to day running of the spa and gym. The Spa/Leisure Attendant will; Complete daily spa/leisure checks which includes a daily cleaning schedule. Duties include refill of lockers, cleaning of fitness area, pool side, steam rooms, massage rooms and any other area within the Spa. Maintains the cleanliness and order of the facility to include sweeping, mopping, rubbish removal and stock of linen within the spa. Ensure safety procedures are followed and notify manager of any accident or injury. Follow the proper procedures to report when any items will be needed to restock inventory. Obtain necessary certificate and safety trainings. .

Responsibilities

Goes the extra mile for guests by offering to assist in whatever they need. Uses time effectively throughout the shift by checking equipment, stocking and cleaning locker rooms, stocking and cleaning retail shelves, counting inventory. Instructs guests where they may change. Perform various duties to assist staff, as requested. Responsible for the upkeep of spa locker rooms the replenishment of items available to guests utilizing the spa locker rooms. Manage all spa back of house duties including the laundry of linens. Attending to Relaxation Room to maintain order, cleanliness and amenities. Explains the set up and workings of the locker rooms, bathroom and shower to guests. Removes dirty laundry and collects dirty towel and linens in changing areas and takes them to laundry area.

Essential Skills

Good customer service skills. Communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills

Other international language skills shall be advantageous.
Further Information

The Employer is: EBRINGTON HOTEL LEISURE HOLDINGS LTD. Although this is a casual position, hours may be extended.

The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. On site training will be provided for this job and all online mandatory health & Safety training will need to be completed prior to start date.
