Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Spa Receptionist and Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a spa, possess excellent customer service skills, and be able to perform various spa treatments. This position is essential to ensuring our clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients, ensuring they are paired with the correct therapists. Manage appointment schedules and client consultations, ensuring forms are filled out correctly. Serve tea and refreshments to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa, including the reception area and treatment rooms. Assist therapists with room preparation and cleaning between appointments. Open the spa in the morning and ensure it is ready for the day's clients. Occasionly rovide treatments when necessary , including massages, facials, and other spa services. Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Ensure the spa operates smoothly and efficiently throughout the day.
Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a spa environment as a receptionist and therapist. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to perform a variety of spa treatments. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work Fridays and Sundays, with potential cover on some Saturdays. Professional and friendly demeanor.
Working Hours:

Saturday and Sundays, with varying hours. Availability to cover some weekdays as needed.
