Spa Therapist

We are looking to appoint a dynamic Spa Therapist with an outstanding passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests as part of The Beaumont legacy in the core of Mayfair.

As a Spa Therapist, your role will take ownership of going the extra mile to provide a 5* experience for the guest, fulfilling the duties as part of the spa team whilst ensuring that we deliver special, individual and unique service to all guests in the Spa and Gym areas.

We are currently recruiting for a full time role (40 hours per week) and part \xe2\x80\x93 time (24 hours per week).

Who are we looking for?

• You will have a high degree of integrity, knowledge and intuition.
• You will be passionate about delivering a personalised approach with outstanding skills in customer care and communication.
• You will have excellent personal grooming standards.
• Your communication skills will be exceptional as you will liaise closely with all other areas of the Hotel.
• You will ensure the highest level of comfort and service and create a genuine, warm and welcoming environment for our guests.

Candidate requirements:

• Hold a current NVQ Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy qualification, with a minimum two years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working as Spa Therapist within a luxury Spa Environment.
• Strong command of both verbal and written English, preferably fluent.
• Operational knowledge of spa bookings software.

Some of the main duties:

• Your primary role will be to carry out spa treatments, including Massages, Manicures/Pedicures, Facials and Body Treatments.
• You will also be responsible for the Spa Reception area and for keeping the Spa and its facilities clean and tidy.
• As part of your reception duties, it will be your responsibility to deal with Spa related bookings and administration relating to the Spa guests.
• You will be expected to understand the utilities, benefits and contraindications of all areas of the spa, such as gym, wet area, changing room, hammam, salon and treatment rooms.
