As a Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests through various therapeutic services, including deep tissue massage and beauty treatments. You will also be responsible for managing front desk operations and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality therapeutic services, including deep tissue massage and eyelash extensions. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Upsell additional services and products to enhance client experiences. Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitised. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Utilise social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online. Deliver excellent customer service, addressing any client concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. Experience in hospitality to create a warm and inviting environment for guests. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in deep tissue massage techniques and knowledge of beauty treatments such as makeup application. Customer service expertise, ensuring that all client interactions are positive and memorable.
