We are recruiting for our brand-new luxurious spa in one of our newest developments in Salford. Looking to open June 2025.

We're looking for new team members for the below roles:

Spa Manager

1 Spa Attendant

As a member of our Spa, you will be friendly and quick to establish rapport with our guests. You will have the highest standards when it comes to cleanliness, creating the right ambiance and most importantly delivery of service. You will have a vital role in ensuring we consistently exceed our guests expectations therefore you will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for passionate and self-motivated team players with at least 1-2 years previous spa/beauty/leisure customer service experience.

The ideal candidates will have a keen interest in wellness and bring their own unique expertise to our team.

Primary responsibilities, you will:

manage and maintain the leisure facilities and services, including jacuzzi, gym, sauna, steam room. supervise and oversee the leisure facilities, plant room and entrance area resolving customer queries/issues promptly and thoroughly. ensure all visitors receive exceptional service and always enjoy a relaxing experience.
What We Are Looking for

Previous and unrivalled Customer Service experience Attention to detail Water Safety / wet leisure facilities knowledge First Aid trained Proven experience and ability to understand plant room operations however full training will be provided?for plant works, health and safety, booking system?and pool?operating. Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems Driven and ambitious to consistently deliver and exceed customer service standards Previous people management experience is essential for the spa manager role.
Days/Hours

The spa will be open Monday to Sunday including most bank holidays from 09.00 - 21.00.

Role/Rate/Hours

Spa Manager up to 20 hours per week 16 p/hr Spa Attendant, 10-15 hours per week NMW
