Job Description

HarSPA Bristol is a luxurious spa focused on providing a welcoming environment and exceptional service to our clients. We offer a range of wellness treatments aimed at promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Spa Head Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and ensure a smooth, seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and support the front-of-house team Manage bookings, enquiries, and client check-in/out processes Liaise with therapists and spa management to ensure smooth daily operations Handle client feedback and resolve any issues professionally Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and spa area Train new team members and ensure ongoing development of the reception team Manage invoicing, payments and Cashing up procedures

Requirements:



Previous experience in a receptionist or supervisory role within a spa setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Confident with booking systems and general computer skills High level of organization and attention to detail Flexiable availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
