Must be available weekdays and weekends.

SALARY: 12.21 - 12.95 PAYSCALE

About the role:

Based in The Old Inn - Crawfordsburn, as a Spa Attendant, you will interact and offer a high level of customer care to all visiting guests. Your role will involve making sure the areas are clean, stocked, and tidy for the arrival of our guests, as well as assisting guests explaining our Spa offerings, maximising sales and serving beverages within the spa.

The Position:

The main responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Offering a high level of consistent, friendly, and efficient care to all spa clients and visitors. Working with the Spa team to understand daily operations and ensure the required areas are prepared to facilitate a smooth and timely experience for all clients. Carrying out front and back of house procedures as per the daily checklists. Servicing and cleaning all areas with a particular eye for detail. Present menus, take orders, and serve beverages professionally and efficiently ensuring our guests have everything they need.

The Person:

Applicants must:

Have a keen interest in the fitness or well-being industry. Previous experience working in the hospitality industry with food & beverages (desirable). Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Hold adequate IT skills. Have the ability to think ahead and to time-manage your day and movements. Be self-driven. Possess sound knowledge of the local area. Display a flexible work approach and be available to work early late and weekend shifts.
