Are you a compassionate and dedicated social worker with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic Learning Disabilities Team and make a real difference in your community.
What this job entails: Someone with experience of working with younger adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, Autism and from 17 to support them to have assessments before they reach 18.
