About You:
You will know your way around a kitchen, having worked as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef previously and be ready for your next challenge!
You will be passionate about food, have impeccable standards and a great team spirit
You are ready to support the Head Chef with the running of the Kitchen
You are ready to assist the Head Chef with leading and developing the team
You are ready to assist the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef with the creation of the specials menu
