Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a Restaurant and Event Site close to Winchester, Hampshire. This busy but organised site is looking for an Senior sous chef
to join their team. This role would suit a passionate, creative chef looking for a step up or would suit an individual that has a proven background at this level.

This Restaurant and Events site based near Romsey, Hampshire, has a great team that you will manage and build up with the head chef. They pride themselves on preparing a wide range of dishes using fresh and local produce. They also hold unique events throughout the year.
What\xe2\x80\x99s involved?
As the Sous chef you will be responsible for running the site and managing the events with the Head chef. You will also have the opportunity to be creative and help turn your ideas to. They have an onsite pizza oven and fire pit, that can be used for the services. Adhering to food hygiene standards at all times.
