We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, innovative, customer focused individual to be a key part of the Catering team.
As the Sous Chef, the key duties will include: Supporting the management of food production and execution, including food safety for all areas, stock control and ordering. You will also support in the management of other kitchen staff.
To be successful in this role a strong customer focus is a must, along with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering a high quality service.
The hours of work are 36.5 hours per week, working 52 weeks per year. This post will occasionally include evening and weekend working.
