Sous Chef
Job Description
My client on the outskirts of Truro have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their busy Kitchen Team.
You\'ll play a key role with the team in producing exceptionally good pub food created with informal dining in mind and assisting the Head Chef to manage the Kitchen on their days off.
The team are like a large hospitality family who support each other to develop and improve with the opportunity to progress into senior roles within the company.
The Role
- Service & food prep
- Assist the head chef
- Managing inventory & stock rotation
- Maintenance of your workspace
- Work well with the team & follow and give instructions
- Work to a high standard in a productive environment,
- A desire to do succeed, develop & progress.
This is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary between \xc2\xa329,000 - \xc2\xa330,000 plus tips and fantastic company perks.
At present working 5 days out of 7 but aiming to be able to offer a 4 day working week.
