What You'll Be Doing:
Preparing and serving very high standard gastropub & bistro dishes in line with the Head Chef's vision
Smooth operation of the kitchen on the Head Chef's time off
Following all HACCP food safety procedures to maintain a safe, compliant kitchen
Working as part of a close-knit kitchen team to grow your skills and support the business
Contributing to the business's success through customer satisfaction and turnover
Keeping food safety records up to date and ensuring full compliance at all times
Contributing to seasonal menus & improving our food
