Our client, an award-winning fine dining restaurant, serving creative modern cuisine is currently recruiting an experienced Sous Chef to join their award winning brigade.
This is a superb chance to work alongside a talented Head Chef and a brigade that has first class skills, methods and techniques making the reputation of the kitchen the talk of the county. This deluxe venue needs a Sous Chef to complete the team.
As Sous Chef you will be able to demonstrate a 3AA Rosette / Michelin level background and have a flair and originality to bring to the team. The ideal Sous Chef must be a competent all-rounder, able to cover all sections and deputise for the Head Chef in his absence and have some knowledge of GP\'s and hygiene legislation.
This property holds a host of accolades, and they\'re keen to retain these as the concept becomes more of a \'relaxed fine dining\' operation, with the focus on achieving fantastic flavours from local seasonal ingredients simply, as opposed to some of the more \'trendy\' techniques, and with a less formal style of service.
