Sous Chef
Job Description
I am seeking a talented Sous Chef to join a stunning restaurant located in St. Mawes.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated with a passion and flair for presentation and creation of meals.
Team work and communication skills will be essential as will maintaining the high standards and cleanliness of the kitchen.
You must be confident in the running of the restaurant when the Head Chef is absent as well as general day to day running.
Must have a good background working with fresh produce and in pastry work would be an advantage
Live in accommodation is available
Full time permanent position offering an annual salary up to \xc2\xa335,000 depending on experience, plus tips and company benefits
