What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a

Sous Chef

or in a senior kitchen role in a high-volume restaurant. A passion for

delivering exceptional food

with an eye for detail and consistency. Strong

leadership skills

with the ability to mentor and develop kitchen staff. Solid knowledge of

food hygiene, health and safety regulations

, and kitchen best practices. The ability to

stay calm and efficient

under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A creative mindset and willingness to

collaborate on menu innovations

What You'll Do:

Support the Head Chef in

leading the kitchen team

and maintaining high standards. Oversee food preparation and cooking to

Wingmans' award-winning specifications

. Manage kitchen operations during the Head Chef's absence. Train, mentor, and inspire junior chefs to grow within the team. Assist with stock control, leadership, training, ordering, and maintaining cost efficiency. Ensure all dishes leave the pass looking and tasting incredible, every time.
