Team Size: 4-5 chefs
Contracted Hours: 32-40

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sous chef to join a great team in this unique cookery school.
The sous chef position would assist in the running of cookery classes, teaching groups techniques that restaurant chefs use to prep and cook fine ingredients to a high level.
Classes could include pasta making, shellfish, game, classic dishes and garnishes. This is a popular event for corporate and private guests, and it is an interactive experience for them, finishing in a 3-course meal.
Shifts are Monday to Friday 8-3 or 3-10 with occasional events. This would suit a sous chef looking for work life balance, or a sous chef with experience in rosette or bib gourmand level cooking.
The sous chef would need to assist in teaching so must be a confident tutor and good with people.
