Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate kitchen team leader to join out team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our head chef in the daily operations or the kitchen, ensuring high standards and food quality. This postion requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellance and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation and cooking meet quality standards. Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Implement food safety protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen. Manage inventory and food production processes to optimize resources. Provide exceptional hospitality by ensuring all dishes are served to customer satisfaction. Train new team members in culinary techniques and restaurant procedures.
Qualifications
Proven leadership skills in a culinary or hospitality environment Extensive food preparation and cooking experience Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Experience in supervising and managing kitchen teams Background in food production and restaurant operations Ability to foster a collaborative and efficient kitchen atmosphere
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.51 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
