Lyzzick Hall, a family ran 25 bedroom hotel with a strong non resident diner clientele require a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the running of this busy kitchen.
Using quality fresh produce and varying menus for the discerning diner. We have a strong local clientele & our Sunday Lunch is renowned throughout the county.
Experience at a similar level essential, food hygiene & allergen certificate required. Knowledge of all paperwork required for kitchen hygiene records, menu costing etc would be advantageous.
Split shifts 5 days per week, will include weekends.
A good rate of pay & tips, uniform provided.
