PIZZA EXPERIENCE
Duties:
- Plan and execute the preparation of high-quality dishes in a timely manner
- Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Chef or strong cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- Proficient in various cooking methods, with expertise in food preparation and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage kitchen operations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and customers
