The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
Here, we are seeking a Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen with skill, precision, and a calm, confident presence. You will be based in our all-day dining restaurant, a busy outlet offering a la carte breakfast, mouthwatering Mediterranean and Levantine cuisine for lunch and dinner, as well as looking after our busy in-room dining operation. Working alongside the Chef de Cuisine, you will be a key player in delivering a menu that is as thoughtful as it is refined. This is a role for a Sous Chef who values excellence, leads with respect, and understands that the best kitchens are built on collaboration, not chaos.
