Role: Solutions Lead, Green Tech
Location: London, Paddington

Based out of the UK with a global remit, you will drive new applications to market and build solutions such as renewable energy, energy efficiency, water conservation and smart agriculture. As part of the end-to-end solutions leadership team, you will be accountable to:
- Define the sustainability vision and strategy (1-3- year horizon to drive the carbon emission reduction agenda and climate change.

• Own thought leadership points on Green Tech solutions as part of the Sustainability agenda in Vodafone, including representing Vodafone at main industry events
• Support customer and sales opportunities with green tech Solutions and how it/they will address customer needs
• Ensure customer problems and needs are well-defined are driving solution design, customer experience and investment decisions
• Lead market engagement process to reflect local input to optimize costs and maximise investment across. sales, delivery, operations, service, billing, capacity, and performance
• Create Long Range Plan, Business cases and prioritisation together with Commercial and Technology with underpinned assumptions for phased investment to sales
• Establish clear set of Customer experience outcomes, solution blueprints and solutions epics, including capabilities and features as part of New Product Development
• Work with relevant teams as necessary on propositions & go-to-market, legal, regulatory & risk, security & data privacy compliance, product documentation, marketing assets and sales enablement

• Define highly competitive and industry leading customer-centric solutions
• Create solutions that helps use less energy and resources, draw on renewable resources, produce clean energy and help reduce and repair environmental harm
• Define and maintain the target market and develop the 18-month solutions roadmap
• Define, track, and then manage the end-to-end solution targets for market share growth, product revenues, margin, and customer service performance
• Monitoring of the roadmap delivery is used effectively to identify commercial risk in NPD/in-life changes delivery and drive mitigation plans
• Defines new customer features, ensuring these are aligned to the customer experience and outcomes. Working with Technology to ensure technical feasibility
• Be accountable for the compliance of the solution to Cyber & Corporate Security, business resilience policies and standards through the NPD process and throughout the lifecycle of product/solution
• Be accountable for solution documentation, communication, and awareness of the product, both internally and externally, and especially at the time of launch \xe2\x80\x93 working closely and with the support of the Go to Market team

It would be nice if you have...

• Strong background in green tech including water management, energy, and agriculture
• Experience addressing and influencing government and global industry environmental requirements
• Track record of delivering against corporate Climate change metrics
• Experienced in customer co-creation and product design innovation to develop new products
• Skilled in reviewing product performance end-to-end; including market perception, channel ability to sell, channel ability to deliver and service
• Working knowledge of data privacy and security by default and by design principles and alignment to Information Security frameworks
• The gravitas to act as the expert for their product with credibility up to customer \xe2\x80\x98C\xe2\x80\x99 level and senior leadership team (SLT) level
• Appropriate experience in leading and motivating virtual teams and the ability to maintain the right balance between tactical and strategic activity
• Agile product development and delivery experience (e.g., SAFe, Spotify, Scrum) and qualifications
