The role



Saville Assessment was founded to help clients place the right people in the right roles, powered by science. We are currently hiring for a Solutions Executive to provide sales enablement provision to our teams and help to drive our future growth.

Responsibilities



This is a hybrid role where you are expected to attend the New Malden office 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday).

Subject matter expertise:

Act as a subject matter expert for our assessment solutions, providing deep knowledge and insights to customers and internal teams.

Client solutions demos:

Conduct live demonstrations of our solutions to clients, showcasing features and benefits effectively.

Automated video demo content:

Create and oversee automated video demo content to aid sales and marketing efforts.

RFP and large bids management:

Oversee the management of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and large bids, ensuring timely and accurate feedback.

Content library development:

Build and maintain a comprehensive content library to assist various aspects of the business.

Sales team enablement:

Enable the sales team by providing the optimum solutions, relevant content, and demo activities to drive successful sales outcomes.

Collaboration and communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of solutions and strategies

Requirements



Expert communication skills:

Propensity to articulate intricate solutions clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Technical experience:

Strong understanding of assessment solutions and related technologies.

Client-focused:

Demonstrated aptitude to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Creative content creation:

Well-versed in creating engaging and informative demo and sales enablement content, including video demos, thought leadership and proposals.

Project management:

Excellent organizational skills to oversee RFPs, large bids, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborative mindset:

Propensity to work well with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.

Commercial drive:

Experience in commercial settings helping to drive success.

Adaptability:

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer requirements.

Attention to detail:

Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, from content creation to project management.

Awareness of the trends:

Keeping up-to-date of latest topics and difficulties within the talent industry
