HR Domain Solution Architect - Specializing in Talent/HR and Workday

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, is embarking on an exciting journey of transformation. As the HR Domain Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their Talent and HR landscape, with a specific focus on Workday.

Role Overview:

In this role, you won\'t just be an architect; you\'ll be a visionary, a consultant, and a driving force behind our client\'s growth strategy. You\'ll work closely with the HQ and individual companies within the organization, understanding their unique requirements, and demonstrating how the Workday solution can revolutionize their HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HQ and group companies to gather requirements and showcase Workday\'s potential through use cases.
  • Champion the adoption of Workday best practices, streamlining processes, reducing implementation times, and optimizing costs.
  • Take the lead in implementing the Talent/HR solution in projects and subsequent releases.
  • Develop and maintain evolving reference data architectures for seamless integration and utilization of the new solution.
  • Share your expertise in Workday solutions across the group, empowering companies to embark on their digital transformation journey.
  • Lead the global transformation of our talent business using Workday, leveraging your practical experience.
  • Serve as the go-to global subject matter expert on Workday solutions and configuration/customization across the suite.
  • Collaborate with partners, vendors, and service integrators to deliver Talent/HR initiatives and feature enhancements.
Role Prerequisites:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in architecting Talent/HR applications, with a proven track record of delivering tangible business benefits.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday and related capabilities (preferred).
  • Expert understanding of Workday data integration strategies and API-based technology platforms in the context of Talent/HR solutions.
  • Experience in a delivery-oriented technology environment using Agile methodologies.
  • Successful track record of implementing Workday solutions within large, multi-geography, multi-sector, and multi-operating company frameworks.
  • Familiarity with software delivery environments and Agile methodologies, including tools like Azure DevOps.
