A leading financial services company is looking for a Solutions Architect to take charge of CRM customization, business process automation, and data-driven decision-making.What You'll Do:

• Develop and optimize CRM workflows, ensuring seamless business operations

• Automate business processes to improve efficiency and accuracy across departments

• Build advanced reports & dashboards in SQL, Zoho Analytics, Power BI to drive data insights

• Collaborate with teams across sales, finance, and marketing to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions

• Lead system integrations between Zoho CRM and external platforms

• Work hands-on with Deluge, JavaScript, and Python to create custom CRM functions

• 5 years in CRM development, solution architecture, or business analytics

• Strong experience with Zoho CRM (or Salesforce/MS Dynamics), SQL, Power BI

• Hands-on expertise in workflow automation & low-code development (Zoho Deluge, JavaScript, Python)

• The ability to translate complex data into business insights

• Experience with integrating CRM with third-party platforms
