The Solutions Specialist will ultimately become a Subject Matter Expert in the domain of Medical Devices and eSorurce platform in clinical trials by providing proficient and timely customer service desk support.
The focus will be on supporting customers\xe2\x80\x99 use of Medical Devices and ClinSpark as an eSource/eCRF/EDC platform for clinical trial operations. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, business analysts, documentation specialists, and IT professionals using Jira Service Desk and other project tooling to advise and support customers.
The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, combined with clinical operations awareness, to coach and assist customers with their use of ClinSpark in clinical trials.
You will advise and support the site by resolving any issues or questions that they may have when conducting workflows and procedures during the preparation of a trial, the conduct, and data collection in their clinical trials.
We additionally provide our eSource platform as solution to our customers (SaaS) in which you will support the customer with resolving queries/doubts as they are being onboarded on our eSource platform.
When the customer is actively using the platform for their trials they may ask for additional features/request which will need to be understood and requirement generated for the engineering team to developed and delivered. The Solutions Specialist will be required to work within global multi-functional internal and external project teams. Some travel may be required.
