What success looks like in this role:

We\'re looking for a Solution Architect to join our team, working on two .NET-based enterprise solutions: one for mortgages and savings, and the other for appointment booking. These solutions serve major UK financial services clients. As a Solution Architect, you\'ll be an integral part of our Architecture team, with key responsibilities including:

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Ownership: Lead the appointment booking system\'s architecture.
• Define Architectural Direction: Shape the solution\'s architectural direction, collaborating with clients, internal teams, and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Agile Development Support: Engage in Agile/Scrum development, assisting teams, ensuring architectural standards, and providing guidance.
• Pre-sales Support: Aid in pre-sales activities, offering estimates and facilitating client workshops.
• Implementation: Implementing solutions and troubleshooting post requirement gathering with customer
• Best Practices and Process Ownership: Contribute to development activities and best practices.
• Mentorship and Training: Mentor junior colleagues.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Work Environment: Remote with occasional travel for meetings.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6+ years in IT implementation.
• Expertise: In Unisys portfolio solutions, with at least one subject-matter expert level understanding.
• Skills: Proficient in .NET, industry standards, and frameworks.
• Project Experience: In multiple roles, including pre-sales and implementation.
• Certification: Architect L&D Guide Infrastructure Architect "Fundamental" level is desirable but not essential.
