Our client, a respected law firm in London, is seeking a skilled and experienced Wills & Estate Planning Solicitor to join their team. As a Wills & Estate Planning Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on wills, estate planning, and probate matters, working with a diverse client base, and collaborating with a team of legal professionals who are dedicated to delivering outstanding legal services.

This role is suitable for a Consultant, or someone with a current network who are wanting to take their next step in their career with a reputable firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and amend wills and trusts to ensure they meet clients\' wishes and legal requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on estate planning, inheritance tax, and wealth preservation.
• Assist clients in estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings related to wills and estate matters.
• Stay updated on changes in UK law and regulations pertaining to wills and estate planning.

About you:

• Qualified solicitor with experience in wills and estate planning
• Profound knowledge of UK laws and regulations related to wills, estates, and inheritance tax.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
