Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Consultant Solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal principles and practices, with the ability to provide sound legal advice and representation to clients. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and the capacity to manage a diverse caseload effectively. As a Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in advocating for clients' interests while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

This is a self employed role with an uncapped earnings potential.

Responsibilities



Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters, including contracts, family law, immigration and litigation. Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations. Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings. Conduct thorough research on legal issues to support case preparation. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients' cases. Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive client representation.

Skills



Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients' interests. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in drafting documents. Proven analytical skills for assessing complex legal issues and developing strategic solutions. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike. A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards in all dealings. Your excellent Networking skills will mean that you already have a network of introducers or can rapidly develop one.

Pay: 49,253.00-155,052.00 per year
