PCP Solicitor / Legal Executive
An exciting opportunity has arisen due to expansion to join a Swansea City Centre Law firm as a Solicitor or Legal Executive. The Refund Lawyer specialises in helping consumers who were mis-sold their car finance agreements to claim back the money owed to them as a result of that mis-selling.
We are seeking someone to work alongside our Head of Litigation handling litigation arising out of such claims against lenders. The ideal candidate would have recent experience of litigation (volume claims would be very useful). The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of the litigation including making pre action disclosure applications, issuing proceedings, drafting pleadings, and liaising with Barristers in preparation for trial, as well as assisting and providing mentoring to junior members of staff.
We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and is willing to take an active part in adding to the success of the department. There will also be an opportunity to get involved in other litigation the firm runs.
