We're Recruiting: A Solar PV Roofing Team!

We are looking for an already trained and well-versed Solar PV Roofer and Labourer. Join a growing team that's powering the future of renewable energy.

Pay:

350 - 850 per job (Per Team)

Location:

Wales & Southwest England

Workdays:

Monday to Friday

Transport:

Van & 50p per mile fuel allowance

Accommodation:

Fully arranged and paid for

About the Role:

As a Solar PV Roofer with CES, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-quality solar installations. You'll be the face of our business, providing exceptional service and craftsmanship that our customers trust and value.

Responsibilities:

Install industry-leading Solar PV systems Work confidently on a variety of roofs: Rosemary, slate, tile Conduct DC testing to ensure high-quality installations Provide top-tier customer service in occupied homes Upload job details to our internal CRM Maintain the highest standards of health & safety

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in solar roofing Experience in residential/occupied property work Demonstrated track record of excellent customer service Confident using digital systems (CRM, uploads, etc.) Experience with Easy-Dec systems is a bonus!
