Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of power tools, electrical systems, and mechanical components.

'Must be over the age of 21 for insurance purposes'

Duties:
- Assist with the installation of solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops
- Mount and secure solar panels according to design specifications
- Connect wiring and electrical components to ensure proper functioning of the system
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on installed solar panel systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues or malfunctions in the system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient installation processes
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Experience:
- Previous experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required as full training will be given
- Knowledge of power tools and their safe operation
- Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
- knowledge for assembly and installation of solar panels
- Proficiency in using hand tools for various tasks
