Are you passionate about climate change and want to utilise your strategic leadership skills to make an impact on the environment?

Piper Maddox are exclusively partnered with one of the world\'s biggest independent renewable energy companies. They are growing their product teams and are looking for four team leads to come in and support their senior product manager with deeper technical software engineering knowledge.

All of their product platform is concentrated on collecting data from renewable assets across the world and turning this into useful actionable insights for internal & externals users e.g. Asset Managers and Operations & Maintenance staff. The product enhances the amount of renewable energy customers can yield from their assets by; enhancing performance optimisation, downtime reduction, real time monitoring and reporting for our customers entire portfolio of solar, storage & wind assets.

What to expect?

-Line manage 6-8 software engineers & data scientists.
-Work closely with the Senior Product Manage who is in charge of "what they build".
-Build an open & supportive culture.
-Form a sustainable agile team practice.
-Coach, mentor & support technical staff.
-Manage agile delivery for the teams backlog.
-Guide discussion on architecture & technical approaches to embrace.
-70% hands off, 30% hand off (approximately).

Tech environment: C#, .NET Core & Azure, Python, React & Typescript/JavaScript
