Your initial responsibility will be to guide a team of six developers, consisting of five Backend Engineers and one Frontend Engineer. While this position is primarily hands-off, there\'s room for you to engage in coding if it\'s a personal interest. Day-to-day, you\'ll lead and mentor your team, spearhead roadmap execution, and refine delivery processes.

You\'re an ideal candidate for this Software Engineering Manager (PropTech) position if you possess: * Previous experience managing software engineering teams.

• A track record of enhancing and streamlining delivery processes.
• Experience conducting one-on-one coaching sessions and aiding team members in their career development.
• A strong commitment to leading tech teams with a positive work culture and modern methodologies.
• Background in backend software development, with a preference for Java proficiency.
