As our new Software Engineering Manager, you\'ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You\'ll work closely with the Delivery Team members to ensure our projects are delivered as effectively as possible.

What you\'ll be doing:

• You\'ll manage a number of highly skilled Software Engineers across multiple agile development teams including Scrum Masters, Lead Software Engineers and Test Team Leads
• You\'ll provide coaching and ensure that consistent processes and practices are being followed across the development team

What you\'ll have:

• You\'ll have a technical background with an understanding of software development techniques and testing approaches in a DevOps environment
• You\'ll have a good understanding of microservices architecture, automation testing and modern tooling such as Kubernetes, Docker and Cloud technologies
• You\'ll have experience of planning and delivering technical projects in a fast-paced scaled agile environment
