Onsite IT Engineer - London - Finance - \xc3\x82\xc2\xa340-45K
My client a well-established managed service provider is looking for a talented windows and networking focused engineer to maintain daily operations of several clients through London.
This is an exciting position as you will be full onsite gaining hands on experience dealing with face-to-face issues and remote support you will also sometimes travel to the other office throughout London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travelling to various customer sites when required to complete onsite support. This may be more regular or on an ad-hoc basis.
- Be able to abide by flexible working hours as some clients may require assistance as early as 7am.
- You will be required to liaise and communicate with Senior Clients and stakeholders building key relationships and providing fantastic customer service.
- Take initiative in assisting customers and clients using your technical experience to resolve any issuer or escalate if need be.
- Minimum 2 years\' experience in a 2nd Line role within a service desk environment.
- Experience as a Field Engineer working on multiple customer sites.
- Demonstratable knowledge of Windows Server, Virtual environments, MS Windows, Networking LAN, WAN, VPN and Wireless, Active Directory, Antivirus.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud hosted Office 365.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills such as professional telephone demeanor.
- Great customer facing experience and a well-mannered approach over the phone
