What To Expect This is an excellent opportunity for Senior Software Architect to join the organisation at an extremely exciting and crucial time.

You will be responsible for ideating, designing and developing software solutions to address complex problems. You will be able to provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, while taking the lead in code and pipeline reviews. The Senior Software Architect will have design authority in a highly collaborative environment and actively engage in the development process, proactively acting as a bridge between Software Requirements and Implementation.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Author and update Software update in support of current and new strategies \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead Architectural reviews and understand and plan for evolutionary paths. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the architecture. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee architectural approaches from conception to installation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conceptualize software solutions for JLR ECUs and innovative vehicle topologies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Choose the technologies for the implementation of each component and connections between the components. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with managers and developers to determine project scope and roadmap. \xe2\x80\xa2 Decide on the platforms, frameworks and coding standards to be used in project development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate existing software solutions to identify areas for reusability and improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze modifications for existing software to upgrade performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure architectural integrity of software solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain thorough documentation of systems and applications.

What You Will Need

Essential

• Hands on experience in UDS Diagnostics, Bootloader, communication protocols - CAN/ LIN/ Flexray/ Ethernet & tools e.g. CANalyzer, CANoe, INCA, Sifting for test feedback \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to communicate clearly the complex concepts from the system level to the component level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge and exposure to infotainment and cockpit architecture. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands on experience in cross compilers, debuggers/ emulators \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in both low-level operating system functionality (e.g. memory/ resource management, scheduling, process control) as well as high-level real-time and/ or embedded applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of system requirements analysis and elicitation \xe2\x80\xa2 UML and SySML hands-on experience, clear understanding of system modelling \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Verification tools- Static analysis tools, Unit Testing tools \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands on experience in handling measurement tools like Oscilloscope, Current probe, Signal generators etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands on experience in multi core and multi domain systems Desirable \xe2\x80\xa2 Requirements management tools DOORS/ DOORS-NG \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of architectural tools: IBM Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Agile methodologies \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of Functional Safety standards (ISO26262) and security mechanisms \xe2\x80\xa2 Expertise in Autosar Automotive Technologies and Vehicle Network Architecture \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of Functional Safety standards (ISO26262) and security mechanisms So Why Us?
