: Soft Landscape Operations/Projects Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Soft Landscape Operations/Projects Manager to oversee our landscaping teams and ensure the successful execution of landscaping projects. This role involves managing daily operations, developing and maintaining client relationships, and leading landscaping staff to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee soft landscape and maintenance projects.

- Manage and supervise a team of landscape professionals, including training, and performance evaluations.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs.

- Manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.

- Monitor project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.

- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control.

- Collaborate with upper management to grow the client base.

- Stay updated on landscaping trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service offerings.

- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for management and clients.

Qualifications:

- A qualification in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape management or operations.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficient in budgeting and financial management.

- Valid driver's license and ability to operate landscaping equipment.

Skills:

- Knowledge of horticulture, landscaping design, and environmental practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
