NonStop\xe2\x80\x99s client, one of the UK\xe2\x80\x99s highest performing local authorities in the North East of England is looking for caring and compassionate social workers to join their adult services as part of the Hospital Team. Could you be one of them?

This role is flexible and aims to promote maximise the participation of service users, carers, and advocates to ensure that the individual service user is central to the care planning process.

The Role: As a social worker, you would contribute to the provision of excellent care services which enables people to remain independent, safe and well at home while working to reconnect people to natural networks of support through creative support planning.

Requirements: For this role, you must be registered with Social Work England and have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license. Experience in similar roles is desirable as well. We particularly welcome applications from disabled people, as this group is currently under represented in the service\xe2\x80\x99s workforce.
