What you will do:
  • Manage risk levels within a diverse caseload of complex safeguarding cases, ensuring the utmost safety and well-being of your clients.
  • Provide insightful coaching and supervision to junior staff, serving as a role model and champion of best practices within the team.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored support plans for individuals facing mental health challenges, addressing each client's unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions, assessments, and interventions in line with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with a range of professionals and external agencies to coordinate holistic care and support services for clients.
  • Travel around the Northern area of West Sussex on a regular basis for client visits, independently navigating between locations.
